He has been involved with coffee since 2010. He was at the opening of our espresso bar in Alza and then moved to, then recently established, café called Místo. For the last several years, he has been taking care of you, our wholesale customers. Together with Ondrej and Jaroslav, they regularly go to coffee farms to pick coffee there, directly from source. Ondřej has attended an inexhaustible number of barista competitions and achieved several significant successes, including the Barista of the Year title. He is a four-time champion of Coffee in Good Spirits and a Vice-World champion in the same category. If you need help with drinks on your menu, he will be happy to share his expertise.
He has been working with coffee since 2009. You could have met him as a flying barista in our cafés. Now, he is fully dedicated to taking care of you, our wholesale customers. He is also partly in charge of selecting and purchasing coffee from our suppliers in coffee-growing countries. Ondrej has taken part in many competitions and is a Czech champion of Coffee in Good Spirits. He took a great eighth place at the World Championships. This discipline just suits us. By the way, he has also worked in a famous cocktail bar, so like Ondřej, he will be happy to advise you on your menu.
If you are among our regular customers, you may have met Tereza at the lever in one of our cafés. She is the Czech Barista of the Year 2010 and had represented the Czech Republic at the World Barista Championship in London, where we met her and never let her go. Today, you will scarcely meet her at the lever because she runs our training center and will probably lead your course, too. We believe that you will like her as much as we do and that you will want to re-attend her courses. Tereza is a certified SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) coach, so you will be in the best hands.
