We ship coffee in beans only. Grinding is an important part of preparation, it must be specific to each method, whether it is espresso or filtered coffee. When ground, coffee quickly loses its flavor and aroma, oxidizes quickly, and its physical properties (water solubility and yield) change. However, we will be happy to help you choose a manual or electric grinder.

In this case, you will receive the same coffee packages in one shipment. If you wish to receive different coffees, please write this fact to us in the notes in your order.

We send out subscriptions once a month, always on the first working Wednesday of the month. On the same day we send out the subscription, we also send out a coffee newsletter, in which you can read details about the coffee that is coming soon.

We dispatch our subscription with PPL, Czech Post or Zasilkovna following your selection of delivery options. For EU deliveries we use DHL International. All fees are included in the price of your subscription.

Yes, with the Gift subscription option, you can set the month when the subscription will start. This gives you the option to buy a subscription in November, for example, as a Christmas gift and start in January.

Yes, you can only add additional items to your Roaster's Choice - recurring subscription. You will always receive an email between the 23rd and 25th of the month and you will see the "Add to Subscription" option during checkout. During this period, you can add and remove items from your cart as you wish. On the 26th, your order will be saved and your card will be charged.
