We do catering, compete, travel to meet producers, and keep learning to do things better. We follow coffee trends and listen to our customers, because for us, coffee isn’t work — it’s what we love to do.

Who is behind doubleshot

Doubleshot is still led by its three founders – Kamila, Jarda and Jarda. Today, more than ninety people form the heart and hands of the company. Alongside roasters, baristas and waiters, our team includes pastry chefs, warehouse staff, lecturers, and many seasonal helpers who join us in cafés, the pastry shop or the roastery. Each of them contributes their time and energy – and we see it as our responsibility to make it meaningful.

Growth and Learning

We want everyone who works with us to have the chance to grow. Most of us started from the bottom – often at the dish sink – and we know how far passion and curiosity can take you. Training courses, exchange internships and trips to origin are part of our team’s journey. It’s never easy to see people move on, but we’re proud that many of our former colleagues have opened their own cafés and businesses with the experience they gained here.
