Who is behind doubleshot

Doubleshot is still led by its three founders – Kamila, Jarda and Jarda. Today, more than ninety people form the heart and hands of the company. Alongside roasters, baristas and waiters, our team includes pastry chefs, warehouse staff, lecturers, and many seasonal helpers who join us in cafés, the pastry shop or the roastery. Each of them contributes their time and energy – and we see it as our responsibility to make it meaningful.

Growth and Learning

We want everyone who works with us to have the chance to grow. Most of us started from the bottom – often at the dish sink – and we know how far passion and curiosity can take you. Training courses, exchange internships and trips to origin are part of our team’s journey. It’s never easy to see people move on, but we’re proud that many of our former colleagues have opened their own cafés and businesses with the experience they gained here.

Below our café Můj šálek kávy in Karlín, there is a Sladké confectionery and in that confectionery we create only goodies and you can join us.

If you smell vanilla, you like to play around in dough and you are tempted to have all the rolls the same size, then you are our person.

We are looking for a hard-working pastry chef who does not even have to know anything. We will be happy to show you everything and teach you. We have procedures, instructions for everything, we have everything weighed and measured. If you have diligence in you, you cannot make a mistake and under your hands a delicacy will be created that customers on the floor above will have with their coffee.

We make fresh sweets every day that go to the cafés Můj šálek kávy, Míst in Dejvice and the espresso bars LOKA in Alza.cz and LOKA Masaryčka. We have immediate feedback and that's what we enjoy.

You will be in a technically modern production facility, you will get delicious food from our café every day and most importantly you can have our coffee at any time. The team is small and great.

We offer full-time work in a decent company.
