How does it work

If you feel at home in our cafes, membership in the doubleshot Club will definitely pay off for you. Along with it, you will receive cashback for your spending. How much will it be? For every 100 crowns spent, you get 5 crowns back with us. Just show your card to the waiter and everything will happen automatically. You get money back for anything – whether you have a coffee, something tasty to eat, buy our beans or any accessories. We also select coffee of the month for members or coffee courses at a discounted price.

How to use the card

When paying, show the QR code from your card and your bonus points will be automatically added. If you are already entitled to a discount from the past, the staff will ask you if you want to use it.

Okay, we do have one plastic card. If you would like to buy someone a gift from us, we can top up a gift card for 500, 1000, 1500 or 2000 CZK in our cafes or in our e-shop. The recipient can use it in any of our cafes. You can do this gradually over several visits.

Where is the club card valid?

The club card is valid in all doubleshot cafes in Prague, i.e. Můj šálek kávy, Místo, LOKA Alza.cz and LOKA Masaryčka.
Where and how do I get a club card?

You can simply download the club card to Apple / Google Wallet after registering for the doubleshot loyalty program. Use the QR code or link above.
What benefits will I get if I use it?

When you spend 100 CZK in our cafes, 5 credits will automatically be added to your account, which corresponds to 5 CZK. We also select coffee of the month or coffee courses for members at a discounted price.
Can I share the card?

The digital card is linked to one customer account and cannot be shared.
Do I have to have it on my phone? Or do you also have a plastic one?

Credits have unlimited validity.

When paying, you can choose whether you want to pay the amount with collected credits (if you have enough) or with standard money.

I didn't redeem my card during my visit. Can I get points back?

Unfortunately, credits cannot be credited back.
I have a new phone. How do I get my club card that was in my old one onto it?

Re-scan the QR code you see at the top of the page or visit the loyalty program registration page, log in with your name and password, and download the digital card to Apple / Google Wallet again.

FAQ - Gift Certificates

How long is a gift certificate valid for?

The gift certificate is valid for 1 year from issue.
Do I have to use up its value all at once?

You don't have to, the gift certificate can be used in parts. You can either redeem it physically when paying in the café or you can upload it to your loyalty account. If you upload it to your loyalty account, you will see its value in credits.
How do I know how much is left on a gift certificate?

For a physical voucher, the value can be given by the staff in the café. If you add the gift voucher to your account, the value will be visible in the form of credits on a digital card in Apple / Google Wallet.
