Finca Šumava is a project of Czech investor and Costa Rican exporter Mr. Francisco Mena. It is located in the Lourdes de Naranjo region. Francisco grows dozens of different varieties on the farm. In 2016, he won the prestigious Cup of Excellence with his Geisha.

Processing & Variety
Kenyan varieties SL 28 and SL 34 were processed using the red honey method. Slow drying in shaded concrete patios in combination with African beds.
Brewing Tips
Coffee dose: 20 g, temperature: 94 °C, water weight: 330 g and extraction time: approx. 4 min.
