A juicy and elegant Kenyan coffee for brewing filter coffee. A classic fully washed lot from Ruera Estate in Kiambu County. Clean fruit profile, pronounced sweetness and bright acidity.

Ruera Estate is a private coffee plantation in Kiambu County, located near the town of Ruiru. The estate focuses on producing high-quality coffee while farming sustainably, with emphasis on reforestation, energy conservation, proper waste disposal and soil erosion control.
Processing & Variety

A mix of SL 28, SL 34, Batian and Ruiru varieties processed using the classic Kenyan fully washed method. The coffee was fermented for 24 hours, followed by a 24-hour cold soak, and then dried on African beds.
Brewing Tips

Coffee dose: 20 g, temperature: 94 °C, water weight: 330 g and extraction time: approx. 4 min.
We recommend letting the coffee rest, use bottled water and quality burr grinder.
