The workshop is intended for all coffee and alcohol enthusiasts without the need for prior knowledge.
The Coffee & Spirits course is dedicated to the mixology of coffee and alcohol. In the theoretical part, participants will learn about the history of the bar and café, as well as coffee as a raw material and ingredient. The practical content of the course is to get acquainted with basic bartending techniques and work with coffee as an ingredient in specific cocktails, such as Paloma, Negroni, Espresso Martini or classic Irish coffee.
Course participants will work with premium spirits from the Ultra Premium Brands portfolio and specialty coffee from our roastery.
The total length of the course is 3 hours and the course is limited to 5 participants.

Lecturers
The course is led by a pair of experienced lecturers, Ondřej Hurtík and Tomáš Mozr. Ondřej is a four-time Czech champion in the Coffee in Good Spirits category and a world vice-champion in the same category, while Tomáš is an experienced bartender and renowned bar historian and journalist.
