Cupping is the professional method used to taste and compare coffees side by side. During the session we will smell and taste several coffees together and talk about their origin, processing, and flavour profiles.


No previous experience is needed – the cupping is open to anyone curious to explore coffee a bit deeper.



The tasting takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Do you want to learn how to pour a heart or a tulip into your cappuccino? In our Latte Art workshop we’ll show you the basics of milk texturing and pouring. The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 hours.

The Doubleshot coffee school has been here since 2014 for everyone who wants to expand their knowledge of coffee, whether you are a complete beginner, an enthusiastic private home barista or an experienced professional.

Our main lecturer at the Doubleshot coffee school, Nikola Divincová, will guide you through the entire course. Nikola has been in the world of specialty coffee for more than ten years. During that time, she has gained a wealth of experience not only behind the coffee machine, but also by visiting farms and participating in global coffee fairs. She is also well-versed in the world of competitions - whether as a competitor, judge or coach. Coffee and the community around it have always interested her as a whole, so you may also know her from panel discussions or as a moderator. In addition to leading our coffee school and fully utilizing her pedagogical roots, she also co-creates the Doubleshot Podcast with Ondřej.
