Origin
Panama, Santa Clara region. The coffee comes from the Momoto farm, which belongs to Aliss Hartmann, one of the descendants of the Czech adventurer Alois Strašil. We have been buying coffee from this farm since 2010.

Processing & Variety
Geisha variety was processed using anaerobic natural method with slow drying on African beds.
Brewing Tips
We recommend always using bottled water (e.g. Cristaline) and ideally a Morning capsule coffee machine. Shake the capsule lightly before use. Set the amount of drink (single espresso) to approximately 20-30 g.

Capsule Material
The capsules are made of bioplastic, containing 96% renewable substances (e.g. lignin, glucose and starch). The capsules are 100% biodegradable and compostable in industrial composting plants and home composts.
